My layer said there is a case as this is misleading and unethical behavior.

2. They state on this date "the company has REAFFIRMED that it reminds on track to achieve phase 1 goal and that MR Damien said the CR will deliver on its targets" <---- misleading - "the board is unwavering in its belief in nifty"
3. 04/10/19 - board refresh and first notice regarding Brett Smith and ask for shareholders to VOTE AGAINST
4. I noticed a report in the SMH "A company linked to one of Asia’s richest families, the billionaire Lee clan, has found itself in the middle of a stoush over board seats at Perth-based miner Metals X amid allegations it is trying to launch a soft takeover without lodging a formal offer. 5.11/10/19 - they write to shareholders again telling them not to vote in Mr. Smith and give a number of reasons and tell the market about the strange share price action

The share price has gone from 24c on APAC & L1 buying now 7.8c without notice from top 5...... They have misled investors on Mr Smith and they have had enough time to inform the market about nifty or Rension.
