I enquired about the status of the Class Action with Phi Finney McDonald - the lawyers handling the case, and received the below response, which I would have thought could have been announced, unless I missed it? Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, the mediation which occurred over February and March did not result in a settlement.

The parties will now return to court to confirm the timetable for remaining steps up to trial.
