To me the CA is about justice more than recovering funds. Nobody should want to see shameful behaviour rewarded in the way it has with the management and directors of this company. Few have even bothered to try to defend their behaviour because it’s all there in the ASX releases and they admitted to many faults in their own words. I don’t expect sympathy or for any current investors to give a toss - that’s investing and sometimes you lose - but too often those responsible never face any consequences and that pisses me off. So happy to be in the CA. It need not worry anyone here - it has been shouted at me many times that the CA is worth nothing, so not sure why it pisses them off when it comes up. Which it clearly did when you read through the responses to the OP. Totally ridiculous
