So if I understood it correctly, GSW had made it clear in it's prospectus that the contracts are non-binding and if clients walk out then it's completely within the framework of things that they had put in place as a disclaimer for shareholder information. I'm asking this because some of them in this forum are as hell bent as AFR in writing off GSW because of their unethical disclosures and the way they have gone about doing their business thus far.

Please share your thoughts on this.
