I am certainly no lawyer, so I can't exactly comment on the specifics. Without going through the whole document, and just referring to the page you showed, two key statements stand out:

1) "Typically, a 90-day POC trial is granted, and the client then moves to a standard contract"

2) "Getswift enterprise clients who have entered into a POC have 100% sign up rate as of the date of this prospectus"
