Thanks, again I am not here to argue, but if you look at the below extract from the 30 January 2020 4C, you will see the mediation I am referring to.
"The Court has referred the Webb class action for further mediation to commence 10 February 2020 and to be completed by 2 March 2020"
That was the update I enquired about, and received the email response to. I am sure it will be mentioned in the upcoming 4C, but I am simply looking for a response from other holders as to whether we could/should have had an announcement when this was known?
Anyone else have an opinion on this?
