I fully appreciate we must own our investment decisions, but as shareholders there must be a level of trust in company boards to protect the integrity of the market. Fiduciary duties are real. As one very smart post said some time back, the world's largest remote communications and IT services provider could not even communicate accurate financial statements to it's shareholders, who were therefore denied the right to trade on full information. I am not a lawyer but that seems negligent to me. This was a highly dysfunctional company with enormous competing interests between debtholders and shareholders and yes Macca we got screwed. I'm meant to be fishing as well Roscoe but full lockdown!
