Based on 30 years of history, I believe that Forrester thinks that the shareholders are stupid, simply buying shares based on stupidity and greed, They have believed his stories for 30 years, thrown money at him for 30 years, not learned their lesson and when they do, he scans the market for a new target, just like this new crowd that has backed the recent placement. They too will fall out. This has been his formula to keep on raising funds for 30 years, paying himself and his wife a salary for life and simply not delivering any results, throwing up excuses for 30 years to placate the perceived dumb followers.
