As I previously mentioned I was surprised that the prospectus is full of holes and misleading but no class actions were brought up. Well, it seems two potential class actions are coming and Quinn Emanuel is open to claims now.
shareholders who suffered financial losses since ipo should go ahead and lodge a claim.
