Thanks Crusty, I've just sent a lengthy letter off to Glenn Livingstone and will follow it up with an email in a few days. I think it would be a good idea for most to do that. Even if it's only explaining their financial loss and how it's affected them. It helps humanise this fiasco and will maybe motivate the liquidator's to dig deeper than they may have.
While my loss is modest compared to some I'm not going away. I'm going to see this through to the end.
I have no problem admitting when I've made a bad trade or investment but not this time. They lied and stole our money.
They deserve to be in jail and I'm not going to be satisfied until they are.
