Bundy, to be clear the potential claim against IGE directors would not be for them making the statement "money is in the bank" as they did not make this statement. I don't know where this money in the bank came from, what it wasn't from me....

The claim against IGE directors could be for providing false and misleading statements in their ASX announcements (if in fact this is true). Some of these announcements of which I have highlighted in my posts include the ADIA funding, Tangier funding, SGC funding, Director trading activity following these announcements etc etc...
