Hi fellow shareholders.
I think one legal argument that would be explored is that the fines imposed and paid are in fact the loss to shareholders as those monies would be in fact paid out as dividends.
I dont know how it could be argued as to what a share price may have been only say to compare with like wise institutions.
Incompetancy by management at that time isnt a crime by itself nor taking very good bonus packages....
I will follow this with interest but expect nought to come from this.
