I hear you. Seems that youtube and twitter are the way companies work around disclosure rules these days. Also you can simply disregard any "sale" made by Lang. I wonder if he graduated high school? Not sure.

I don't think a class action will fly. Very hard to get these up and you need a company of substance to make it work (can't collect on a lawsuit of the company has no funds to pay).

Unfortunately this is just one of those things about the sharemarket, sometimes you lose. Maybe the lessons are to do your own due diligence on mgmt - things like a CTO that doesn't hold a degree should be a warning sign.
