while a shareholder class action suit might be appropriate, the reality is the company is still solvent and has a (hopefully) bright future ahead. ASIC has a backlog of failed enterprises that are waiting legal proceedings many years on - where gross negligence/theft/ insider trading etc... can't imagine TTT's story would rate...
