In my opinion, from the information disclosed, today's announcement would not be considered a complete proposal or negotiation any more than the previous proposals. There is nothing under the listing rules about exclusivity. Posco would be regarded as a serious bidder, not a "tom, dick or harry".

The information is price sensitive.

So why make the announcement now. and not early August or September. This is a valid query.
