Speculation has been thrown around the SXY threads for years about a T/O. There may have been several non binding approaches over the years, amounting to nothing. POSCO have increased 10% frpm the first proposal over a short period of time. Senex probably feel even this increased offer is way to low.

A few holders are ass hurt because they sold prior to the release. Understandable, but these things happen.
Take it up with a lawyer if you feel aggrieved
