    Best outcome is to hold shares and help drive for a board whether existing or new that can restore investor confidence and build value

    While in some cases these class actions may have their place potential impact is that company goes under if its sued and loses so current shareholders lose

    Where a company enters into admin maybe this is where class actions are triggered but these make no sense to a continued going concern as by default it could force it into admin

    So far in ABS it seems nothing has come to light that based on US sale did not address concerns.

    Unless margined call forced sale then investors decision to sell.

    It appears that trustee's that held stock loaned stock to drive price down to levels known to trigger margin calls furthering volume of sellers. In some cases triggering there own forced sales. (biggest conflict of interest I have ever seen)

    The class action maybe should consider the parties that triggered this not the company itself which has gone about its business of managing child car centres
