a good point was made in an earlier post. when the litigants lose, they pay....BIG. and they WILL lose. no one has EVER won a case such as this in australian corporate history. and solicitors on BOTH sides will want payment from the losing litigants.
its quite possible that the litigants wont be able to AFFORD a big mack after they lose.
time will prove that they would have been much better off by just holding onto their shares.
