Hi makattack, this was posted earlier today by Imperial. It came off sky news:

"it was just stated that there has never been a successful class action against a big company in australian history...."

Assuming the information is correct and after how little the last class action got in another circumstance after years of trying I am not sure we should be that worried. I think the media is trying to sell papers again.
