guys, looks like i was right with my estimate of at least $1bn in damages, which many of you here lambasted me for.
so the blackburn action is for at least $700m
and the slater one "represents the vast bulk of losses of investors in Centro". Yikes, they'd be looking for at least $1bn i'd say.
so centro could be hit with a damages bill close to $2bn dollars.
as it stands the company doesn't have 2c to spare.
my 2c is centro are gone.
