Any genuine AVZ shareholder would have to be a slice short of a loaf to think a class action was in their best interests at this stage. It's simply another avenue for the subversive antagonists to attempt to destabilise the company and it has nothing to do with helping shareholders, quite the opposite in fact....but of course you knew that before your first post.
