    Wouldn't funds from a successful action just come out of shareholder funds? That means overall, ABS shareholders lose out by whatever amount IMF extracts from the case. I've never understood the reasoning behind suing your own company.

    If possible/viable wouldn't suing management/directors be more appropriate?
