    However this action cannot be undone or derailed now.

    Goldman and shareholders will seek an out of court settlement for the directors false statements and misleading shareholders.

    The insurance company would be insane to allow this to get into court to defend the directors.

    Clear breaches of ASX rules and the ASIC law.

    Quick settlement best outcome for shareholders.
