You need to get a copy of the Statement of Claim lodged by the Applicants to the proceedings.

The Statement of Claim will set out what the Applicants say CER did wrong, and it will quantify the loss the Applicants say they suffered due to any alleged wrongs done by the Applicants - and a wrong can be a failure to do something they should have done - anyway the loss the Applicants will be claiming is the 'potential loss' your talking about, but if they lose the case then the issue of liability will need to be looked at as CER's insurance may cover any award of damages payable to the Applicants, or it might be a type of liability not covered by CER's insurer, therefore CER would have to pay out of it's own funds - and that could be a problem if they don't have enough money to cover the losses the Applicants say they have suffered.

looking at CER's SP and obviously something serious happened in December last year - so you'll probably find that it is a group of CER shareholders who are claiming that they are owed the lost value in their shares when the SP fell threw the floor last December - that could be a lot of money.

so if your holder of CER you should contact them and simply ask for a copy of the Statement of Claim, as a Statement of Claim is a public document - anyway, the Statement of Claim will spell out how much the Applicants say CER should pay them if their case is successful - and looking at the Statement of Claim can give you an idea if CER's insurer would be obliged to pay, or if CER wouldn't be covered by insurance in which case it would be a direct liability against CER - but whether their insurance would cover them if the case is lost is really something they should be informing the market about.

if they don't send you a copy then just contact the lawyers for the Applicants or one of the Applicants directly and ask them nicely for a copy - there is no reason why they shouldn't provide you with a copy.
