Last week I had a call from the solicitor running the class action case against ALL and he wanted to sign me up as a plaintiff. I didn't agree to join the action as a plaintiff but am now wondering wether many others have been approached. Does anyone here on HC have anything to say about this ambulance chasing tactic.
