I intend to go for the throat with ALL after incurring a reasonable size loss this year.
I've registered but I haven't received an info pack yet..
Could someone quickly explain funding structure of the litigation?
ie Is it "no win no pay", or is this IMF crew funding it all - and how much roughly would the law firm take from the damages awarded (if any are awarded)?
If we lost then there would probably be a costs order awarded against the applicant..
