Hilldweller, no I get the point you're making - in a round about way. Could you elaborate?? because this afternoon I've been concentrating on the rewards/risks of this class action for myself and hopefully for others who are reading these posts.

You are saying that Ainsworth will somehow engineer that this class action so that the shareholders do not win - or win that much - or somehow that only a little amount of the asset base of ALL might go to the winners of the action??

And that the class action was all designed to push the price of ALL down so that he could come in with a takeover offer at bargain prices??

I haven't kept right up with ALL events since I lost money at the start of they year. I just haven't been bothered looking at them, less risky opportunities you know?? But I'm getting slowly up to speed....
