I Like your defensive argument on behalf of the IMU Board and Co. Forget the baby bathwater calls as well- heard them before.
Fact is: The recent cap raise at such a suppressed pathetic SP is (very) bad management and the BOD approved it.
It's been a disaster and to all those idiots that say "But they are buying a premium of 8.4c- blah blah blah" consider that the decisions by the board in the first place sent the SP into free fall.
(inside info like choosing to sell at 49c and have your mates at Bell Potter etc)
Also consider the massive dilution that all long term investors have endured. And we are now back where we were 3-4 years ago with twice the shareholders, cap raise after CR and a rinse and repeat attitude of shorts ENOUGH
Time for a new leadership team to take IMU to the next stage. Fresh thoughts, enthusiasm and a BOD that can actually question the decisions to be made rather than just being YES MEN to PH.
