We all knew SRN was going to do a Capital raise at some point. You didn't need to be a smart investor to work that out.
I like the fact they have included long term holders to participate if they want.
Most companies just bring in the smart money and Long term holders get screwed.
To get large investment companies to invest they had to give a substantial discount but they are also offering the same discount to existing shareholders.
The free options offered at a exercise price of .019 and valid to November 2026 is good and little risk. Could be big time in the money if your a betting person or trade them along the way.
With the news flow just around the corner I'am happy we get the CR out of the way (the elephant in the room)
plus the PFS and other news should be out before you have to consider taking the offer up. SP could be well North of .011 by then
