    The time to involve a lawyer to represent retail holders in court proceedings to make sure we got a decent return for our shares was a few months ago but people decided to hold back to watch & wait for Canaccord do the hard yakka so we could save $200 on lawyer fees even when the upside was in the hundreds of $k if not $millions.

    Now whatever we get is exactly what we deserve for being cheapskates so no point in whining about not getting a fair deal from the sale of Alita.
    We will never know what Canaccord was offered to keep quiet and why they dropped the lawsuit since we were never represented in court but would be surprised if there was not some sort of under the table deal done by their lawyers which they considered fair for them to drop the matter.
