No there is no cost but they do take 25% of the settlement if they are successful.Its done on a no win, no pay basis. Go to IMF at imf.com.au. There are contact details there. They will send you an information pack with forms you can send back if you want to join. There is also a 21 day cooling off period if you subsequently change your mind. They believe ABS has breached the Corporations Act and have engaged in deceptive and misleading conduct.
