Class Action, page-132

I have registered my interest in the Magnis class action with Gordon Legal. As a shareholder, I am of the opinion I have been misled by Magnis management.
Despite what some posters are saying on HC, Gordon Legal wouldn't be looking into this matter unless they believed the class action had merit.
Australia is a country with weak regulatory oversight, partaking in class actions is a way for shareholders to seek justice against dishonest conduct.
I have been a party to 3 class actions in the past at no cost to me and although it has been a slow process in all 3 cases I have recovered a portion of what I would otherwise have lost.

I encourage all shareholders to register their interest in this class action.
