    Magnis is not to blame?

    1. Magnis wasn't doing its job and allowed itself to be misled and then made completely false and misleading claims to shareholders on the back of this
    2. Or Magnis was in on it

    I suspect they knew as they had people on the ground in the US 6 months ago. Unless they were lying about that too. Either way Magnis is 100% to blame along with others and Magnis has 100% failed shareholders.
