In my humble view, Chupapi, Padmore, and Matt72 are the same person: Matthew Boysen. He pulls many of the strings at Magnis behind the scenes. He and Frank are friends.
Matthew is also a director at Gladiator Resources, where Frank is heavily invested. Don’t take my word for it, go look it up. That’s why Chupapi keeps defending Frank.
Matthew also uses a number of different Twitter accounts to defend his positions. Matt72 (@Matt72MNS72) and Jeff Simpson (@mynewfortune) are two of his many proxys.
In my humble opinion, MNSFan is Frank.
ASIC is privy to all of this information, and I personally don’t think these individuals will get away with what happened here.
Just remember, MNS owned 73% of the factory in New York, so the idea that it wasn’t Frank’s job to know what was going on is ludicrous. Directors have a responsibility to their shareholders to manage the company’s largest asset. End of story.
He can pass the buck to the people operating the plant all he wants, but it was his job to make sure the information was accurate so we didn’t lose money.
Good luck to all of the insiders, I think you’re going to need it. Lots of sleepless nights ahead as the consequences come down.
