YES but subject to raising the requisite finance - obviously finance never obtained (not through lack of effort - HSBC/NAB etc) - so makes one wonder why financiers never jumped on this - WKT had gotten finance!. did financiers see something we were not aware of? - with such a decent feasibility i would have thought they would have jumped on it.
i guess thats why the vertical integration business plan was then brought in - due to lack of interest by the finance world on nacchu.
certainly makes one wonder - but as they say - the horse has bolted!
hopefully something comes of recent ANN but given the questions raised regarding the "financier" (and IMO its still only a broker if anything) no longer holding my breath.
