A class action for what ? To make some lawyers rich ? All shares go up and down in price over time...none of us shareholders are happy with the SP but do we want more MNS money spent on lawyers ? We are all sitting on a loss...

TobyMarchant is organsing this so called 'Class Action' and is a very minor shareholder in MNS - here for himself only and who has openly boasted his real name is Andrew John Price...google that name yourself and it reveals Price has been sacked or resigned from over 20 Boards...he currently has two Apprehended Violence Orders against him - one taken out by Police for Frank Poullas the boss of MNS...

He's supported by several non holding posters like TopSahara who has over 6000 posts bagging MNS obsessively and who has never held the share...lol..

Price also tried to get an EGM going re Magnis which failed miserably... and indicated he'd attend the AGM and ask questions...he didn't front the AGM and didn't front Court to answer his AVO.

Does anyone really want to be associated with these people and spend more $ making lawyers rich and wasting more MNS money plus more of your own funds for zero return IMO ?

His so called Class Action will be a massive failure like his EGM and his obsessive posts on HC IMO....

I'm hoping MNS is busy getting Nachu funded and looking forward to the future....not focusing on the past like these losers...
