To the organisers of the tour of IM3NY, As a registered shareholder of Magnis Energy (HIN0104384***)
I am unable to attend the IM3NY plant tour, due to the Vagueness surrounding the registration process.
I hereby appoint ************ to serve as my personal representative for the sole and exclusive purpose of inspecting the facility and gathering any information as he deems necessary.
I am concerned that on line registration for this tour has already closed more than 12 days before the event.
Please accept this letter as my registration.
