    There is an excellent chance it goes nowhere!

    However, some idiot has all the assets scoped and secured (protected persons) should there be a possible ‘’class action’ and if there was a shadow director who was allowed to join meetings with the board via phone…. This idiot may have that.

    beautiful sunny day! Why not spend the day on the beach?
