The announcement said these Singaporean guys (PEY Capital) seem to already be talking to private investors in Tantel ISAF group (who are based in Tanzania and the company - maybe people should look into Tantel rather than/as well as PEY??)..........

If so these Singaporeans may have already found that potential investor....But the question for holders is what (if anything) eventuates from Tantel - it doesn't say anything is (or near) finalized........ Interesting to watch especially seeing some of the past announcements being brought up of this thread.......
