Remember the ex management team were all invested heavily in the business. they are just watching the situation like the rest of us but they can't do anything about it as they each have a contract in place with company. imagine you have founded a business or worked in it for 20 years and have shares vested in the business, and you protest to something that is not right and the chairman just puts you aside. and now it is business as usual focusing on delivering great service to customers.
We all are hurt, ex management a little bit more. Now my question is what is the course of action from here?
