    Class actions are expensive.. unlikely to see a return for a company this size.

    Second. They are normally over a specific period.. typically where the Board has not released negative information - so shareholders over a 1-2 mth period have bought in at too high a price, thus loss is quantifiable.

    All We've had here is a board spill
