There is no confusion here.
1- Jitto gets selected to be appointed to the board as Deputy chairman. The team believes that he brings expertise to the table.
2- The chairman votes against appointment of him, Nick Yeoh and Tino (one of the founders).
3- All three hand their resignation from the board subsequently. and express their concern about governance of the company.
4- Nigel (founder) and YANBIN WANG (CEO) tendered their resignation in sympathy to resignation of the three board members
At this point you are left with a name of a company some assets and factory equipment in Malaysia. Now
5- The chairman appoints new managers with questionable background.
I am asking, what is the correct response to those events as a shareholder?
