    Ok cool. How do we support the old board? what is the mechanism to bring the resolution forward if the chairman is against it for whatever reason? remember the old board resigned because of the chairman. So, it is not enough to support them only, you need to have a motion to retire the chairman from the board. so, my question is what is the mechanism for that?
