But we can't prove we've suffered any losses at this stage. At this stage, the company is suspended from ASX awaiting ASX enquiry and findings...?
So what happens if the ASX comes out and says "RFT has followed the law and the stock will be re-instated" and then the company announces "new ideas that were being delayed and obstructed by the old board"? And then it's business as usual?
Are you going to promise me/us a refund for any money spent on a class action?
