The company has been striped out of its meaning in front of our eyes. it is like the chairman has fired Bill Gates of your company for no reason. and you suggest to do nothing.
forgive me to doubt that innovation and ideas come from the chairman.
Nigel is a very respected figure in power electronics space. They are not many Nigels in the world let alone Australia. and YES you have suffered losses already if you hold the stock.
Even if they find nothing as suggested which I doubt (I trust ex management cited governance issues here), The chairman has decided to get rid of its bests in the board. the question is what are we going to do about it?
