Ok here is the situation. the Chairman decides to get rid of the FOUNDERs and management team from the board right when the company has achieved some level of success. The brain behind the whole company is no longer part of the board for no reason. Is that in line with best interest of other shareholders?

"What is the chairman's intention?" I would say, that is not relevant as it hurts business therefore us as shareholders.

The company appoints new managers with questionable backgrounds and releases no statement, that is not helping the shareholders.

Now the question is, what should you do about it? Should the chairman see no resistance from the rest of us?

With ASX investigation if they find something we can just add it to the case if they don’t, we still have suffered losses from the chairman’s actions already and someone needs to accountable. Doing nothing just does not help. It is that simple.
