I would get some legal advice first. This sort of thing can end up on a long-term very financially costly process.
Also I'm not sure if it's the whole board of directors that's involved with this dishonest behaviour or if it's jus Justin Brown.
If anything I'm under the opinion that Justin is the main culprit.
