You are daydreaming! Very few people would support you because what you are proposing could have a worse outcome on your investment. I certainly wouldn't waste my time, effort and money on such an action because even if you win, what happens in terms of compensation? The company won't afford that and your shares will become nothing. In any case, you should have sold your shares when the SP started drifting south. Best is to write to JB and air your concerns, and hopefully allow them to implement the current plan which could bring the desired results.
