I just noticed online the release by HCT on 22 September 2023HOLISTA COLLTECH REACHES SETTLEMENT WITH ASIC1.
So after all some of us have been posting back a few years about the bloke in the white coat we have been vindicated to some extent and he has been banned for 4 years. So much for the posters declaring there allegiance to the Dr's cause and management decisions.
I have just signed a MesoBlast class action for back in 2020 and this drew me to the HCT threads to see if anything has been started against HCT in the way of a class action to recover losses? Anyone know if there is any action in the wind?
Justifying our losses will give some satisfaction and shut up the fake support on HC that I am certain and have said before are dubious in their claims to be independent unbiased posters who have no relationship to the management of the company.
