That ruling should be coming very soon. I really hope the Court goes very heavy on the Doc without hurting the company too much - because that would just hurt shareholders more. I hope he loses twice what he made from his lies. This company had no intention of selling anything during COVID, Couldn't even get TGA approval. I still have my doubts they even tried beyond submitting an application. They just made the announcement for a pump.
